We are seeking a digital media professional with 5-7 years of experience developing and implementing robust digital marketing strategies. This individual will be expected to advance and differentiate our current digital content and strategy offerings including content generation, digital listening, monitoring, measurement and consultation.  



You are an innovator, trendwatcher and intellectually curious professional who can connect digital media to all other aspects of a company’s business, creating opportunities. An ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities comes naturally – this is an agency environment.   • Gather, synthesize, and apply digital insights to big-picture, integrated thinking
  • Create actionable and measurable digital strategies that maximize results
  • Lead organic content strategy development for companies across different industries with innovative, relevant subject matter and distinct voices specific to each client
  • Collaborate with media and analytics team to support paid digital media efforts
  • Build online channels and content for clients to support their businesses and strategic objectives
  • Build and execute e-mail strategies and campaigns
  • Engage and interact with clients and new business prospects, demonstrating exceptional client service and relationship management skills
  • Translate and manage the integration of website development with all other digital components 
  • Support business development opportunities by collaborating with internal teams 



  • Maximizing Google analytics and other analytics/reporting tools to inform recommendations and strategies 
  • Developing Search Engine Marketing and Optimization strategies and tactics 
  • Developing social media strategies, including content development and the gathering of data insights across key social channels 
  • Understanding of web and development disciplines and how they integrate with an overall digital strategy 
  • Connecting digital assets to measurable KPIs in order to translate ROI for clients

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, journalism or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of digital/social strategy experience, agency experience preferred
